Kirner, Peter S.

After attending both Valley College, and Pierce College in the San Fernando Valley, Grady Talbot graduated from California Polytechnic State College, San Luis Obispo, with honors, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Commencing law school at age 52, Mr. Talbot received his Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego School of Law, in San Diego, California in 1990. After law school, Mr. Talbot was associated with the Law Offices of Michael T. O'Halloran in San Diego, a bankruptcy specialist law firm. Thereafter, Mr. Talbot moved to Upland, California, and associated with the Maroney & Brandt, eventually establishing his own generalized practice in Upland, California, with emphasis on contract law, transactional law, personal injury and plaintiff law generally. Mr. Talbot subsequently joined the Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis in 2010, specializing in civil litigation and transactional law.

Mr. Baidas was admitted to the California State Bar in November 1990.
