Kirby, James R.

David H. King has been a Franklin lawyer since 1978. He received his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 1977 after acquiring a B.A. from David Lipscomb College and an M.A. from Middle Tennessee State University. David is a member of the Nashville and Williamson County Bar Associations, having served as both Secretary and Vice President of the latter. Furthermore, he became a member of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations in 1978. He has been part of the American Inns of Court since 1995.

David specializes in civil business litigation; criminal litigation, corporate law, condemnation, eminent domain, and divorce.
