Lauren King's practice focuses on commercial litigation. She has represented clients in disputes involving intellectual property rights, trade secrets, class actions, construction defects, toxic torts, bankruptcy, securities, and Indian law. Lauren's tribal litigation work includes defending treaty hunting and fishing rights, drafting and analyzing tribal codes, and government relations. Her intellectual property law experience includes representing clients in disputes pertaining to trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights; and advising clients with respect to privacy and data security obligations under federal law and applicable state security, privacy, and breach notification laws.
