Mr. Symonds joined the firm as an associate in October 2010, and became partner in June 2011. Mr. Symonds' practice is 100% devoted to litigation, and he currently practices in the areas of domestic litigation, state and federal criminal defense, personal injury and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Altieri & Kelly & Symonds, LLC Mr. Symonds worked for a mid-sized insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable jury trial experience. Mr. Symonds has also acted as in-house counsel for one of Kansas City's largest property management companies, and he routinely advises a large number of rental property owners and managers.
Mr. Symonds his wife Summer, and their young son, currently reside in the Waldo areas of Kansas City.
