Mary Kimura practices in the areas of public finance, corporate finance, and securities law, with a concentration in tax-exempt municipal finance.
She has served as borrower's counsel, bond counsel, and underwriter's counsel for tax-exempt and taxable financings located throughout the United States. In addition, she has assisted public companies with periodic reporting obligations and clients with respect to corporate governance matters and securities law issues.
Mary is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. She previously served as a member of the AHLA Corporate Governance Task Force Editorial Board (Fall 2007-2008).
