Kimura, Rebecca K.

Paul D. Sweeney was born and raised in Binghamton, New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1983. After working in banking for several years he attended law school at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He obtained his law degree there in 1991 and was made a member of the Order of the Coif.

Paul has practiced in courts throughout New York State since 1994. He is admitted to practice in state and Federal Courts in New York and Colorado and is a member of the Tompkins County Bar Association. He has specialized in appellate practice and trial work in the areas of personal injury and insurance defense. He has handled lead poisoning and other toxic tort cases. Paul also handles real estate, wills and other civil matters.
