Alexander Sweis became an associate in October, 2009. Mr. Sweis graduated, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School in 2009 and was admitted to the Illinois State bar that same year. At The John Marshall Law School, Mr. Sweis was a member of Phi Delta Phi, International Legal Honors Fraternity and was inducted into the Order of John Marshall for graduating in the top 12% of his class. During law school Mr. Sweis externed with the Honorable Diane J. Larsen at the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Mr. Sweis is a graduate of DePaul University receiving a B.A. in History with a concentration in Pre-Law. At DePaul, Mr. Sweis served as President of Phi Alpha Theta, International History Honor Society.
Mr. Sweis is a member of the Illinois State and Chicago Bar Associations. He practices in the area of insurance subrogation and has arbitrated dozens of subrogation cases in the Cook County Court system.
Alex enjoys playing soccer, softball and attending White Sox baseball games.
