Mr. Kennedy's practice primarily involves the areas of commercial, legal malpractice, employment discrimination, tort and other civil litigation. He received undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He obtained his law degree from Louisiana State University, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Louisiana Law Review. Mr. Kennedy was admitted to practice in 1992. Before joining the firm in 1994, he served two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Tom Stagg, United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the Harry V. Booth and Judge Henry A. Politz American Inn of Court, and has served as an associate editor of the Shreveport Bar Review. He is rated BV Distinguished by Martindale-Hubbell.
