Shawn Kerns is a member of the Education, Environmental and Litigation practice groups. His primary practice areas include education law, workers' compensation, environmental law, and general litigation.  He has vast experience in document transactions along the Mid-Atlantic states involving Right-To-Know, OPRA, FOIL, FOIA and other laws pertaining to a citizen's access to public records.
