Attorney Kennedy is an Ohio attorney who focuses her practice in the area of Federal bankruptcy laws and family law, including divorces, dissolutions and child custody matters. She has been practicing law for 22 years.
In 1985, Shelly graduated from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. Here she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Philosophy. She continued her education and received her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1989 from Capital University where she graduated magna cum laude.
After practicing in very large law firms, Attorney Kennedy opened her own private practice. She has devoted herself exclusively to solving family problems, whether they be financial or relational.
Attorney Kennedy is currently a member of the Ottawa County Bar Association, the Sandusky County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Shelly currently resides in Marblehead, Ohio with her husband and five children.
