Michelle Swann practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law.  She has extensive experience representing private and municipal clients in cases involving trademark, employment, civil rights, wage and hour, contract disputes, unfair competition, trade secrets, constitutional torts, public records, open meetings law and First Amendment matters.  Michelle has appeared before federal, state and tribal trial and appellate courts, federal, state and municipal administrative tribunals, securities arbitration tribunals.

Michelle is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Fee Arbitration Committee. 

Michelle’s family has been in Arizona since 1879 and she maintains residences in Maricopa and Cochise counties.
