Kerss, Brian E.

Jordan P. Kendell is a partner with Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law where he received many academic awards.  Since joining Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt in 2005, Mr. Kendell has developed a strong practice and expertise in the areas of products liability, trucking accidents, premises liability, brain and spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death.

In 2010, Mr. Kendell was recognized as one of Utah’s Up-and-Coming Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine, and he was named a Rising Star in 2009, 2011, and 2012 by Mountain States Super Lawyers.  Mr. Kendell serves on the Executive Board for the Young Lawyers Division of the Utah State Bar as a co-chair for the And Justice for All Committee, and he also serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Utah.
