Sidney H. Kelsey, Jr. is a practicing trial attorney in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area with over 37 years of experience. Mr. Kelsey previously practiced with his father, Sidney H. Kelsey, Sr. in the firm of Kelsey & Kelsey in Norfolk, Virginia for some 10 years in the third generation of attorneys in the family. Mr. Kelsey was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1971 and he has been admitted to and practices in all the State and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has also been admitted to the United States Court of Veterans Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Claims and in the past has been a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, American Bar Association, and numerous professional and civic organizations.
