Mr. Kemph has over 30 years experience practicing law in the areas of Real Estate/Land Use, Business and Property Tax Appeals.   Mr. Kemph has handled major commercial matters throughout the United States, in Europe and in the Pacific Rim.   His clients represent a broad cross-section of the business community, including substantial individuals, privately held companies and some of the largest publicly-held businesses in the world. 

Mr. Kemph regularly represent clients engaged in real estate acquisition, land use/zoning, development, finance and leasing; business formation, acquisition, disposition and counseling; commercial and larger residential property tax appeals; and related matters.

Prior to joining Nagel Rice, LLP, Mr. Kemph was Chair of the Real Estate Department at Hannoch Weisman, which at the time was the second largest Law Firm in New Jersey. 

Mr. Kemph is a present or former member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, International Association of Shopping Centers, New Jersey Apartment Association and various other professional and civic organizations.

Mr. Kemph has also lectured to professional groups around the United States and has authored a book and numerous articles on business and legal topics.
