Fraud in Illinois Workers' Compensation Cases:
- Obtained the first successful indictment and conviction in an Illinois workers' compensation case, Goacher v. Curry Ice & Coal. This occurred in Sangamon County in 1996. Successful prosecution in the criminal courts as a result of the fraudulent activity in the Illinois workers' compensation case. Presenting case to state's attorney and testifying in front of the grand jury. The case resulted in a Class II felony against the petitioner.
- Obtained a criminal indictment in an Illinois workers' compensation case, Shelor v. Monroe School District #110.
