Victoria C. Kelly (Vicki) joined Grunyk & Associates, P.C. in 2011 and focuses exclusively on family law issues. She is a dedicated and passionate Family Law Attorney who possesses the skills, knowledge of case law, and experience to be an effective advocate for her clients.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Quincy University with a B.A. in Finance (2005), Vicki received her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University (2008). As a law student at Northern Illinois University, Vicki served as the Joint Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society and received graduation honors for completing 60 hours of Pro Bono service and received the Greatest Contribution to Advocacy Award for the class of 2008.
While attending Northern Illinois University, Vicki worked as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Gerald R. Kinney of the Will County Circuit Court and as a law clerk in a local law firm. Prior to joining Grunyk & Associates, P.C., Vicki was an associate in a law firm in Schaumburg, Illinois where she began her career as a Family Law Attorney.
Vicki has worked on a variety of family law issues including divorce, custody, child support, maintenance, visitation, adoption, domestic violence, paternity, financial matters, pre-nuptial agreements and post-degree issues.
Vicki researches and prepares monthly updates of case law, including recent trends in Illinois Family Law, for the DuPage Family Law Committee. Vicki is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Will County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
