Guichard is a long-term resident of Southwest Florida and is committed in giving back to his community.

The Law Office of Guichard St. Surin, P.A. is the realization of Guichard's vision of providing the best client service possible in a warm, welcoming environment.

Guichard graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2008 and from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2011.

Before opening the Law Office of Guichard St. Surin, P.A. Guichard worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, located here in Southwest Florida. Prior to that, he worked with the state attorney's office located in Orlando, and the public defender's office of Sanford, Florida where he successfully argued and won several trials for his clients.

While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Guichard was both a member the University of Florida Trial Team and the coach and captain of the Black Law Students Association Trial Team where he competed in several national mock trial competitions.

Guichard opened the Law Office of Guichard St. Surin, P.A. with the mission of empowering the members of his community by being their voice in the civil and criminal justice system, and by always being in their corner, fighting and creating affordable and lasting relationships between him and his clients.

Guichard prides himself on his friendly and approachable nature. He listens individually to the needs of each client and does not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to any legal issue.
