Richard T. Sules is a graduate of Georgetown University-College of Arts and Sciences (B.A., 1984) and St. John's University School of Law (J.D., 1987). Mr. Sules was admitted to the bar in 1987 for the following jurisdictions: States of New York and New Jersey and United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and a former Arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City of New York, Bronx County, Small Claims Part.
Mr. Sules has had extensive experience in handling litigation involving areas of insurance, negligence, bankruptcy, real estate, and commercial law. He is the firm's senior trial attorney and has written and argued appeals before the Appellate Divisions and the Court of Appeals of the State of New York. He has represented individuals as well as institutional clients such as insurance companies, banking institutions, mortgage companies and private companies.
