Kathleen Sullivan is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Insurance Coverage Practice. Ms. Sullivan represents policyholders—including those in the energy, government contracting, and entertainment industries—in a variety of complex insurance coverage disputes. Her experience in insurance recovery includes seeking coverage for the following: property damage and business interruption claims relating to natural disasters, class action settlements, errors and omissions claims, tax liability, political risk, and litigation defense costs.
In addition, Ms. Sullivan currently represents individual and corporate clients in pursuing insurance broker liability claims.
