Amy Keith began her career practicing in the Texas Hill Country with her father and as a part of the firm, Mehaffy, Weber, Keith & Gonsoulin. She joined the firm of Germer Gertz Beaman & Brown in August, 2004, as Senior Trial Counsel. Her practice has been state wide. In addition to representing fortune 500 companies in complex litigation, she has extensive trial experience in the valuation of complex industrial properties. She is licensed to practice in all state courts in Texas, before the United States Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas; and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has briefed and argued cases before various Courts of Appeals in the State of Texas. She is an active member of the Austin Bar Association, Travis County Women Lawyers Association, Insurance Section of the Texas State Bar Association, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
