Kellogg, Michael L.

Darrin has been practicing law for 15 years in Georgia. Darrin graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a degree in history in 1994. He attended Law School at the University of Southern California where he received his Juris Doctor in 1997.

He started his professional career as a political consultant in 1992 and consulted on dozens of political campaigns local to statewide. In 1998, he decided to leave full-time politics and focus on practicing law and built a successful practice in Paulding County. His primary areas of focus in his practice has been on domestic relations and criminal law. He also has extensive experience in juvenile courts with deprivation, delinquency and termination of parental rights cases. He is well known as a trial litigator and fits in well with the experienced, trial-tested attorneys at the Manely Firm.

He is admitted to practice in all Georgia Courts and has been admitted to federal practice in the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Eastern District of Tennessee and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association, the Paulding County Bar Association, the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the State Bar of Georgia Pro Bono Project 2004-2009. He has served as Public Defender for the City of Dallas and Solicitor for the City Hiram.

He has four children, two daughters and two sons, is an avid soccer fan and Manchester United FC fanatic. He likes to play poker, travel, read and play the drums.
