Evan was raised in Johnson City, Texas, where he attended the Johnson City schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Upon graduation from LBJ High, he attended Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas. He then transferred to Tarleton State University, in Stephenville, Texas, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree. After several years in the workforce, he decided to pursue a law degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where he again graduated with honors.
Upon completion of law school, Evan worked for a general practice firm
assisting clients in dealing with a wide range of legal issues. He now devotes his expertise to serving the people of central Texas.
Evan is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice in all Courts of the State of Texas, and licensed by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas
