Nydia's practice is primarily focused on resolving family law matters including, but not limited to, dissolution of marriage, custody, paternity and child support. Her valuable knowledge of these issues coupled with her sensitive approach to these delicate matters is what makes her a compassionate, yet effective family law attorney.
Prior to joining Vari & Associates, Ms. Streets was employed for two years by another Miami law firm wherein she also practiced primarily in the family law field. Nydia is licensed to practice law in both Florida and California and is admitted to handle federal matters in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Nydia received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she had the opportunity to intern for the Honorable Patricia Seitz in the Florida Southern District Court and was a summer associate at a commercial litigation firm. Additionally, she participated in a certified legal internship with the Florida Department of Children and Families where she gained extensive experience in dependency proceedings.
As a member of the Junior League of Miami, Nydia devotes time to serving the community through the League's various initiatives and projects. She has also volunteered several hours with Habitat for Humanity, building homes for low-income families in Miami.
