Keddy, Stephanie M.

Chris Stoy joined Brackett & Ellis as an associate in 2010.  Originally from Fort Worth, Mr. Stoy attended Texas A&M University and later St. Mary’s School of Law, where he was a member of the EAP Mock Trial Team and a staff writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal. 

Mr. Stoy’s practice ranges from defending insurers in first party property disputes to defending persons involved in breach of contract suits.

Mr. Stoy has represented defendants in automobile accidents, fatality releases, minor prove-ups and has successfully handled subrogation and debt collection suits in which he was able to collect for his client.  Mr. Stoy has received favorable verdicts sitting first and second chair in jury and/or non-jury trials.  Mr. Stoy practices in both State and Federal court.
