Puja Kaul is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Fund Formation Group at WilmerHale. She joined the firm in 2005.
Practice
Ms. Kaul's practice involves general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public offerings, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation. She also focuses on general corporate work for ongoing public and private clients, including matters involving SEC compliance and corporate governance.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kaul held a variety of positions in both the public and private sectors focusing on financial markets and economic policy. Most recently, she worked for Charles River Associates, a leading economic consulting firm, assisting with cases involving insurance and securities fraud. Previously, Ms. Kaul was a research associate for the Department of Finance at Harvard Business School, where she provided statistical analysis of financial markets and conducted research on corporate risk management strategies. On the government side, she was a research assistant for the Department of International Finance at the Federal Reserve Board and served as a Congressional Intern to US Representative John Conyers, Jr.
