Kearon, Kevin

Aaron Kastens is a partner in the firm's litigation practice group and has broad experience litigating matters in both federal and state court. Mr. Kastens has litigated a variety of complex commercial matters at the trial and appellate levels, including Uniform Commercial Code disputes, copyright disputes and disputes involving multi-million dollar construction projects. Mr. Kastens also has experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
