Brent Stork is a partner in the Transactional Group practicing in commercial finance, municipal finance and real estate finance transactions.
Since 2006, Mr. Stork has worked on the planning, authorization and issuance of temporary school borrowings and educational facility's tax-exempt and taxable bonds, including Build America Bonds. He has served as bond counsel, borrower's counsel, issuer's counsel and lender's counsel on well over One Billion Dollars in taxable and tax-exempt bond offerings. And, he has served as bond counsel on over Seventy-Five Million Dollars of bonds offerings for schools and educational facilities, encompassing approximately fifty separate transactions.
Mr. Stork also has significant experience in commercial and real estate loan transactions of all types, including HUD financings, and in the areas of reorganizations and workouts, equipment financing, asset-based lending, real estate lending, leveraged buyout financing, letters of credit and reimbursement agreements, and derivatives transactions.
