I have been practicing consumer bankruptcy law and other related areas for ten years. I’ve represented creditors in the past and know how they work. Now I help individuals and small business owners resolve their debt problems so that they can get a fresh start and begin moving forward again.
Attorney Nancy Martin’s Approach – Chesterfield Bankruptcy Lawyer
I approach each of my cases with, not only the knowledge and experience acquired over ten years of practice, but also with understanding and respect for my clients’ individual needs. I regularly study ongoing developments in the law to offer complete and updated counsel to my clients. Complex practice areas like bankruptcy law require this type of dedication. And I don’t hesitate to use any of the tools available under the law to help my clients reach their goals. These include briefing legal issues for the court, taking matters to trial, and handling appeals, if that’s what it takes to get results. My primary goal is to help my clients emerge from their crippling financial circumstances and improve their lives.
Education – St. Louis Bankruptcy Attorney
I completed my undergraduate studies at St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in International Business. I was a member of the Dean’s list and graduated magna cum laude in 1999.
I earned my Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2002. During my studies, I clerked for who is now the Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. And I was awarded the Golden Quill for “Best Brief” in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition, a prestigious competition conducted annually by the Law School.
