Marion Stokes heads SLC's Creditor Rights & Collection and Commercial Law practice groups. Mr. Stokes primarily represents creditors in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He has been with SLC since its formation in 1972. Mr. Stokes served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves from 1967-1968 and the U.S. Navy Reserves from 1968-1972. Mr. Stokes is rated "AV® PreeminentTM 5.0 out of 5" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given by the legal industry's premier peer-review rating system.
