Attorney Amanda J. Karr graduated with distinction in 2004 from the University of Nebraska, College of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, Nebraska Law Review, and the Nebraska Moot Court Board. She graduated cum laude from University of Nebraska, Kearney in 2001, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She is admitted to the bar in Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas. Ms. Karr has been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska and surrounding communities as well as in Wichita, Kansas and surrounding communities. She has a general practice, including but not limited to all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, and adoption, as well as estate planning and probate. Ms. Karr offers both traditional representation as well as limited scope representation for appropriate matters. She is an advocate for making justice and legal resources more accessible to the general public and is a member of the Nebraska Supreme Court's Pro Se Litigant Committee's Sub-Committee on Limited Scope Representation.
