Karnopp, Martha J.

David was born in Dover, Delaware, January 28, 1978 but has been a lifelong resident of the State of Arkansas. He was admitted to the Arkansas State Bar in 2003 and the United States District Court, Western District of Arkansas in 2003. After graduating law school, he clerked for Hon. Mackie Pierce in the Pulaski County Circuit Court until 2004. He has practiced with Dodds, Kidd & Ryan since that time.
