Karila, Kristine S

Ms. Kane is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice in complex civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, other professional negligence, and personal injury defense.  In 2009-2010, Ms. Kane served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jan R. Jurden in Delaware Superior Court.  Prior to coming to Delaware, Ms. Kane handled the defense of civil litigation matters in Pennsylvania. 

Ms. Kane received her B.S., magna cum laude, from King’s College in 2001, and her J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2004. She is licensed to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association.
