Megan A. Stevens is an associate with Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP. She is a member of the firm’s business and corporate, civil litigation, and intellectual property practice groups.

Ms. Stevens earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2010. During law school she was a member of the Hastings Trial Advocacy Team. She competed and coached at the regional and national levels in multiple trial advocacy competitions. She was also a Teaching Assistant in Legal Writing & Research. During her final semester in law school, Ms. Stevens participated in the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic, earning an award for Outstanding Performance in the Individual Representation Clinic as well as the CALI-Excellence for the Future Award and Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.

Ms. Stevens earned her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Public Policy. She was an active member of the UCLA Alumni Association. During her final year, she served on the Alumni Association’s Board of Directors as President of the Alumni Scholars Club.

Ms. Stevens is a member of the State Bar of California and the Alameda County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She grew up in Gilroy, California.
