Kaplan, John S.

Korey Kallstrom is a member of Maslon’s Financial Services Group.  He has experience representing commercial banks and other financial institutions in various forms of financing transactions, including asset-based loans, syndicated loans, and cash flow loans.  He has represented lenders making loans in various industries including agribusiness, oil and gas, manufacturing, and technology.  Prior to joining Maslon, Korey practiced in the finance and restructuring group of a large private law firm.
