Justin Stevens' primary area of practice includes criminal law, general and complex criminal litigation emphasizing on DUI defense, administrative review hearings and appeals.

Justin Stevens grew up in Jacksonville and graduated from Paxon School for Advanced Studies in 2000 as part of its inaugural class. Upon graduating high school, Justin Stevens worked for the State Attorney's Office from 2000 until 2004 while attending the University of North Florida. In 2004, he graduated from UNF magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science. Prior to going to law school, Mr. Stevens worked briefly for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office before attending the University Florida, Levin College of Law.

In 2007, Justin Stevens graduated cum laude from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. During Justin Stevens' time in law school, he participated on the Trial Team, winning the St. John's National Civil Rights Trial Competition in the fall of 2007. In addition, he earned book awards in Trial Practice, Techniques in Growth Management and Criminal Procedure.

After graduating from law school, Justin Stevens worked for the State Attorney's Office from 2008 until 2012. During his time at the office, he participated in over fifty criminal trials and handled thousands of cases ranging from minor misdemeanor charges up to death penalty murder cases.

Justin Stevens currently resides in the Arlington area of Jacksonville with his wife and son.
