Diane S. Kane is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation and defense of product liability claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kane served as a Contract Writer/Editor for Lawyers Cooperative Publishing. Her published works include: "Liability on Implied Warranties in the Sale of Used Motor Vehicles," 47 A.L.R. 5th 677 (1997); "Social Host's Liability for Death or Injury Incurred by Person to Whom Alcohol was Served," 54 A.L.R. 5th 313 (1997); and "Third-Party Beneficiaries of Warranties Under UCC 2-318," 50 A.L.R. 5th 327 (1997).
Ms. Kane graduated from Glassboro State College with bachelor degrees in Psychology and English in 1985. She earned her law degree with high honors in 1994 from the Rutgers University School of Law where she served as Notes and Casenotes Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal from 1993 to 1994. She is the author of "An Analysis of New Jersey's Increased Risk Doctrine," published in the 1994 Rutgers Law Journal.
She was admitted to practice in New Jersey, and Pennsylvania in 1994. Ms. Kane is a member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Camden County Bar Associations. She also serves on the Board OF Trustees for the United Way Of Camden County, and as a Community Ambassador for Samaritan Hospice.
Ms. Kane was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1964.
