Jon's practice is specialized in litigation, complex medical professional liability defense, health care, and providing legal counsel on numerous issues associated with day-to-day hospital operations. He has successfully tried several cases to verdict as first-chair trial counsel before juries in both state and federal court. Jon has also represented clients in appellate litigation, mediation, and in connection with administrative agency investigations.
Prior to joining McQuaide Blasko, Jon graduated cum laude from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2002 after having received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University. At Dickinson, Jon was accepted into the Woolsack Honor Society and the Order of the Barristers. Additionally, Jon served on the National Appellate Moot Court Team, the Trial Moot Court Board, and as law clerk to the Honorable Keith B. Quigley, Perry and Juniata Counties, Court of Common Pleas. He is admitted to practice before Pennsylvania courts, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.
Jon is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association, and Dauphin County Civil Rules Committee. Jon is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and Dauphin County Civil Rules Committee. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Dickinson School of Law's Advocacy program.
