Mr. Juster began his career as an attorney-advisor with the Interstate Commerce Commission, Washington, D.C. Thereafter, he practiced as a trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, St. Louis, Missouri from 1976 through 1980. He became associated with the predecessor firm to Laner, Muchin, Dombrow, Becker, Levin and Tominberg, Ltd. in 1980 and was admitted to partnership in 1984. Mr. Juster has written and lectured extensively in the area of labor relations and employment law. He is a chapter author of Labor Law For The General Practitioner published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and a contributing author to the Developing Labor Law. He serves as labor counsel for numerous private and public employers throughout the country.
Mr. Juster has been named one of the Leading Lawyers in Illinois, based on a statewide survey of lawyers. Leading Lawyers comprise less than 5% of all lawyers in the state. Mr. Juster also has been named as one of Illinois' "Super Lawyers" in labor and employment law.
