Laura Steele joined Kerkman & Dunn in 2012. Her practice focuses on business litigation/negotiation, real estate, and chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. Prior to entering private practice, Laura served as law clerk to the Honorable Susan V. Kelley of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Laura graduated from Marquette University Law School, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review. Laura obtained an undergraduate degree in journalism, cum laude, from Marquette University. Upon graduation, Laura worked as a journalist for metropolitan newspapers and a national business publication. In her free time, Laura enjoys cross fit and Marquette Basketball
