Judelson, Charles A.

Jennifer Auer Jordan is a dedicated and experienced trial and appellate lawyer. She focuses on complex civil litigation and whistleblower actions and has successfully represented individuals, families, businesses, and governments that have suffered serious harm due to another's negligence, recklessness, or deception.

Her work in the courtroom has resulted in a number of impressive verdicts and settlements, including a multi-million dollar award to Georgia consumers victimized by unfair lending practices. Her reported cases include USA Payday Cash Advance Center #1, Inc. v. Evans, 281 Ga.App. 847 (2006) and Georgia Cash America, Inc. v. Strong, 286 Ga.App. 405 (2007), in which she represented Georgia consumers in multiple class action lawsuits against payday lenders.

Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law where she was a member of the Georgia Law Review and the school's award winning National Moot Court Team. At the University of Georgia, Jennifer was named to the Joseph Henry Lumpkin Inn of Court, the Order of the Barristers, and the Order of the Coif.

After graduating, Jennifer served as a federal law clerk to United States District Court Judge Anthony A. Alaimo.

Based on her legal representation of Georgia consumers, Jennifer was named to Georgia Trend Magazine's "40 Under 40" list which recognizes Georgians "under 40" who the magazine believes "will lead our state's commercial, cultural, academic and governmental institutions into the future." She is a member of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2008 and serves on the Board of the University of Georgia School of Law's Law School Alumni Committee (LSAC).

Jennifer is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, as well as all other trial and appellate courts in the State.
