Joseph Jordan is a Senior Associate with Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's practice, with concentration in U.S. and international patent practice concerning complex electronic console logic and computer software.
Admitted to the Ohio and Virginia bar in 1968, the District Of Columbia Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973 and to the Colorado Bar in 1996, Joseph is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Joseph practiced with Wood, Herron & Evans from 1968-1972 and then later rejoined the firm in 1988. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science in 1964 from Notre Dame and then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law School in 1968. Joseph is a member of the American, Ohio, Virginia, Cincinnati and District Of Columbia Bar Associations and the Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife Christina.
