• Won several dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
• Handled well over a hundred cases by appearing in court, preparing pleadings and discovery, deposing fact and expert witnesses, and negotiating settlements.
• Recovered millions of dollars for a corporation that suffered a catastrophic explosion.
