Jones, Thomas

Ms. Jones is a solo practitioner whose practice focuses on criminal law and family law. Ms. Jones was born in Mobile and returned to the area to practice law after graduating from Birmingham School of Law in 2000.

Ms. Jones practices in multiple criminal court including the United States District Court, Southern District of Alabama, Mobile County Circuit and District Courts, all area municipal court and Strickland Youth Center.

In the course of her practice Ms. Jones has represented individuals charged in multiple count drug conspiracy cases in federal court as well as drug manufacturing, gun cases, fraud and white collar crimes. She has represented individuals in Mobile County Circuit Court in a variety of charges including capital murder, murder, assault, drug possession and manufacturing and theft. She also practices in juvenile court, where she represents younger individuals charged with criminal offenses. She practices in all area municipal court where she was represented individuals charged with a range of misdemeanor offenses from theft, domestic violence to DUI.

Ms. Jones also practice in the area of domestic relations and family law handling contested and non contested divorces. She represents people with custody, visitation and child support issues. She practices before the Domestic Relations Division of Mobile County circuit Court where she has handled contested divorces, custody, visitation and child support matters. She also practices at Investigation and Recovery at the Bay Haas Building and at Strickland Youth Center where she has helped people with custody and visitation matters.

Ms. Jones is passionate about criminal and family law and strives to give each client individualized attention, care and concern. Her goal is to professionally and aggressively address the individuals’ legal concerns to reach the best possible outcome.
