He has handled a variety of trial and appellate matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals, and several federal district and state courts. He has specialized in cases requiring antitrust and intellectual property expertise, particularly in complex technologies industries. He has tried more than 20 matters before federal and state tribunals and has briefed or argued more than 30 cases before federal courts of appeals.
