Mike Stansbury, a partner with the firm's Business practice, has more than 35 years of experience in the areas of securities and corporate finance, public and private offerings, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions. Throughout the course of his legal career, he has represented numerous high technology and emerging companies. He has also handled numerous transactions for Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc., Emeritus Corp., Spinal Dynamics, Inc., and AllRecipes.com. From 1983 - 1998, Mike was the chair of the firm's Corporate Finance practice in the Seattle office.
