Jones, Kathryn P

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Contributing Editor to the Journal of Race and Law.  He received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Cornell University. Mr. Johnson has experience in securities litigation, class action litigation, and internal investigations, including FCPA investigations.  Prior to joining the Firm, he was a litigation associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP.
