Mr. Stafford's practice is centered on intellectual property: patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He has drafted patent and trademark applications, responded to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office actions, and performed copyright analysis. And he has been involved with patent, trademark, and copyright litigation.

Mr. Stafford also practices in the area of business and corporate law. He has reviewed contracts and drafted shareholder agreements, prepared sales contracts and intellectual property licenses, and performed due-diligence inquires for mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions.
