Jones, D. Paul

Matt received bachelor degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University in 1996, and his juris doctorate (magna cum laude) and Master of Laws in Taxation from Capital University Law School in 1999 and 2004, respectively. Matt focuses his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, real estate and business matters with an expertise in tax issues relating to those practice areas.

Matt is a member of the Columbus, Fairfield County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. He is also a former president and director of the Fairfield County Red Cross and a current member of the Downtown Lancaster Special Improvement District and Main Street Lancaster. Matt resides in Lancaster with his wife, Kim, and sons, Brandon and Eric, and is an active member in the First Presbyterian Church of Lancaster.
