Jones, Andrea Cantrell

Ms. Jones practices in the area of zoning and land use litigation, including eminent domain and other real property litigation. She has numerous authored articles on land use topics, such as administrative hearings, evidentiary and procedural requirements, the Telecommunications Act of 1996, the Religious Land Use and Institutional Persons Act (RLUIPA), growth management strategies through local regulation and exclusionary zoning.
