Chandrika has been a practicing Kentucky attorney since 2002. Her passion for promoting cultural diversity and public service testify to her caring personality as a personal injury attorney. A current member of the Diversity Committee of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, she received its Student Diversity Award in 2001. She was also the 2001 recipient of the John S. Greenebaum Award for Public Service, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. At present, she serves as a member for the Society for the Prevention of Aggressiveness and Violence Among Adolescents (SPAVA), an organization devoted to promoting peace, non-violence, integrity and honesty amongst school students.

Chandrika also brings a special background in pharmacology to her experience as a personal injury attorney. She earned her Ph. D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Louisville, with her dissertation, “Prevention Of Acetaminophen-Induced Toxicity by n-Propylthiazolidine Carboxylic Acid.” She has published numerous articles about pharmacology and toxicology in several academic publications and served as a medical student instructor for the University of Louisville course “Problem Based Learning in Clinical Pharmacology.”
Chandrika holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, 2001. She also earned a Masters of Science in Pharmacology and Environmental Toxicology, from the University of Madras, Chennai, India, and a Bachelors of Science in Botany from Ethiraj College, Chennai, India.
